Day 21 - What do I actually want?

 The final day. 

Most of the days I just filled up what as on my mind, just for the sake of filling up.

I will do a compilation to see what insights I can get out of the 21 days.


Last day want :

1. Reduce my cholestrol to below 5

2. Lose weight till 51kg.
